1) a direct link to your tumblr
2) the rsvp page (make one at http://tumblr.com/meetups) it will send you the stickers within 2 weeks or maybe more, so make it at least one month before the meetup (unless you are making a meetup without giving stickers)
3) details! (place, time, how much will it costs)
4)proof that it’s a real meetup (it can be anything, whatever you want, but make sure it’s convincing)
